1 pound boneless, skinless chicken (thick in size, like chicken breast)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter

3 garlic cloves (chopped)

4 small tomatoes (cut into cubes)

2 cups spinach

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

1 tsp seasoning italian (more, if desired)

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp salt

1.5 c heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese (more for garnish)++macaroni:

10 oz. penne pasta

2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
